About Us

The award winning Old Coach House is a Georgian country house set on 2 acres in the beautiful Vale of Avoca. The house oozes charm and somehow manages to retain that period feel while coupled with all the modern comforts. On arrival you can be sure of a warm welcome with complementary Tea/Coffee and bakes.

  In the evening relax and unwind in our elegantly furnished drawing room with its original open fireplace and turf fire. The room has a library of books, magazines, games for your enjoyment.

 Awake in the morning to a superb breakfast with a varied choice of dishes to suit all tastes, served in our large dining room with picture windows and views stretching across the Avoca Valley.

   We are located a few minutes walk from the “Meeting of the Waters” immortalised by the poet Thomas Moore. Wicklow is a paradise of the great outdoors, enjoy the scenery and many activities that Wicklow has to offer then return and relax by the open fire.
